The SaniGenics Program

The SaniGenics program starts with evaluating your facility's likely sources of contamination. This shed light on how much germs is present. Using our Sanilyzer Portable Detection System, it delivers a high-speed, high-accuracy reading that details where your greatest threats are. These details will allow us to customise a plan that effectively addresses your specific hygiene needs.

The Sanilyzer PDS uses state-of-the-art photodiode technology to deliver an exceptionally accurate Adenosine triphosphate (ATP) reading in just 15 seconds. You'll almost instantly know just how clean – or contaminated – your facilities are. Best of all, the unit can take readings throughout your entire facility, from restrooms to food prep stations and more.

Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP)

Environmental contamination is measured through the detection of Adenosine triphosphate – ATP for short. The measurement of ATP is a widely accepted gauge of microbial contamination, used by health departments and foodservice inspectors across North America.

ATP readings are consistently relied upon because they offer quantifiable results that can be weighed from one facility to the next. The higher the reading, the higher the presence of organic residue – and that means a greater likelihood of contamination.

In general a minimum of 20% to 30% of the reading is understood to represent potentially pathogenic contamination – and in most cases, the actual percentage is significantly higher.

After we have taken the ATP readings, we will sanitize your contaminated areas using our proven cleaning procedures together with environmentally friendly and tested hospital grade germicidal disinfectant. Our trained technicians will ensure no areas of contamination is overlooked.
